Richmond PTA would like to welcome you to 2017 with our annual Oshōgatsu Festival on Friday, January 20, from 6:30-8:00 pm. Festivities will include a mochi-pounding demo by Utsuki-Kai, and mochi sampling and sales by our own Richmond community members.
